Its time to change our home we thought
The hills are getting steeper:
Albeit that the markets frought And houses selling cheaper!
We need a good Estate Agent
So many on the make – So-
We put our little project in The hands of Richard Blake!
His offices are only small –
(The same not said of him!!) But….
Always a gent with humour and smile
It wasn’t long before we had A list of viewers on the file!
He was relentless in endeavours
To add clients to the list...
Good job there was an offer –
Before rumours of a tryst!!
So many forms and things to do
It could make you feel quite queasy
But with Richards team always at the helm
He made it all so easy.
So many thanks for everything
We could not have wished for more
And any more house hunters we know
Will get ushered to your door!!
