About Richard Blake

Richard Blake was born in 1963 and schooled and brought up in Wales. A very keen rugby player, and still an avid supporter!


Richard is married to Karen, and has two daughters - Charlotte and Ellie. Richard and his family live in Dartmouth.


Richard spent most of the 1980’s in the Royal Air Force and set up an estate agents in Shrewsbury in 1991. Following the unexpected passing of his business partner, he and his family made the decision to move to Dartmouth in 1992.


He has worked in the Dartmouth area since and is now one of the most knowledgeable Dartmouth estate agents you will meet. Richard is also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, bound by high professional and ethical standards adhering to a strict code of conduct.
